Destoner Working Principle

 When grain fall to destoner sieve bed from the hopper. With the combination of fluidization and deck oscillation,the raw material is layered by air flow. The stones sink down at bottom layer, while the small grain floating to the upper layer. By sieve table vibration, the heavy particles (stones) migrate to high end of the table,  the light particles move to the low end of the table, then discharge from different outlets. That`s how grain and stones are being separated. 

Feature 

5XQS series destoner is the blowing type. Operator can watch the cleaning effect real-time. It is easy to operate and adjust.

Power control box:  seed grain destoner equipped with frequency converter which is used to adjust sieve table vibrating frequency. Then operator can control sieve bed vibration exactly. As a result it bring a perfect effect on removing stones.
